Very early Sunday morning and thousands of IRONMAN Wales athletes took to the North Bay for two full circuits. The professional competitors in the pink caps ~ followed after by the 112 miles cycling around the South of the county ~ followed then by the marathon.

Up for the running challenge and a little Tenby rain and wind was not going to stop them ~ 2,000 awesome children in all age groups took part and certainly competed in this years IRONKIDS finishing along the red carpet and underneath the famous IRONMAN Wales arch. All the kids just loved their IRONKIDS medals.

Thousands of IRONMAN Wales competitors have arrived in Tenby to Face The Dragon on Sunday. 3000 will compete on race day. The town was jumping this afternoon from the IRONMAN Expo to the North Beach to down the High Street ~ many were even queuing up for registering for next years 2027 event.
