HOT F***ING is back, 2nd Edition

It’s that time again to get intimate and close-up with all things foiling.

Our new pack has 12 show cards that presents a fantastic range of foil colours, die-types and styles. All designed in-house here at Windles, we really wanted to push the limits of hot-foiling, so that you get to truly see what our capabilities are. We’ve shown a couple of the cards in this post, but you really need to see it in your hands to get the full effect and visual impact.

There are 2 versions (Black and White) - on a smooth and lightly-textured board.

Welcome to Thame, STAMP

On Tuesday 21st April, Town Mayor, Cllr Andy Gilbert was delighted to formally open Stamp, the latest high street retail store from operator UOE to Thame High Street. Stamp is building a reputation as an innovative stationery, greeting cards, crafts and gift store. At the heart of this growth is a steadfast commitment to the community, built through meaningful collaborations with local artists and independent businesses. This is their 2nd store opening.

We make millions of Greetings Cards yearly, so to see this fantastic retailer further expanding their store network just a few miles from us was a real treat.

Elliot Jacobs, CEO of UOE, commented: “We believe the high street has a bright future. We are making a significant investment in this unique location to make it a vibrant and welcoming space that supports local connections and celebrates Thame’s independent spirit.”

Earth Day is an annual celebration that takes place on 22 April, honouring the achievements and advancements of the environmental movement, and raising awareness of the importance of long-term ecological sustainability.

This week we will be supporting & raising environmental awareness for Earth Day by sharing some of the great things we do at Windles to take care of our planet.

It’s an opportunity to:

• Spread knowledge, raise awareness and inspire collective action on sustainability challenges
• Drive policy change and shape climate action through the momentum of this global movement and activism
• Encourage responsible business practices and consumer behaviours
• Talk about our impact, the progress we’re are making and the initiatives we are launching

Environmental action doesn’t rely on one moment, one policy or one leader. It’s built every day by people, communities and organisations making choices that protect the world around them.

In a time of environmental pressure and global uncertainty, it’s more important than ever to highlight the progress happening. From renewable energy adoption to ecosystem restoration, positive change is already in motion. This year’s Earth Day
recognises that progress is not theoretical – it’s active, visible, and driven at every level of society.
