Another brilliant Tuesday morning at BNI Perseverance! 👏

We met at the Tiverton Hotel this morning and what a meeting it was. A huge welcome to our visitor Tony Pizii from Halo Protection — great to have you in the room with us.

Daniel Currall delivered the core values presentation on Recognition, reminding us all to thank the people who send business our way. It's a simple thing that makes a big difference.

James Owens then took the education slot, covering the roles within our chapter and the power of one — a timely reminder of just how much impact each member has.

Our featured presentations came from Jodie Rodgers at Staggered Scaffolding and Nick Gard at WSI Waverley Digital — both giving a brilliant five minutes on what they do and why they're great at it.

And then came the recognition for June 2026...

Another great Tuesday morning at BNI Perseverance! ☀️

We met at the Tiverton Hotel on 30th June and it was a brilliant session from start to finish.

We were delighted to welcome two visitors this week: Alex from Knights, and Racheal from Final Finish Cleaning Company. Always great to have fresh faces in the room.

Two members took the spotlight with their 5-minute presentations. Andy Miller from Credo FS shared what he does and who he's looking to connect with, and Samuel Falana from Reign Supreme gave us a fantastic insight into his work. Both brilliant reminders of the talent sitting around our table.

Andy also took the time to present a written testimonial to our chapter president Kieran Sweeny. That kind of recognition means a lot in a chapter like ours.

In the education slot, James walked us through the traffic light system for participation, a really clear and practical framework for understanding how engaged and active each member is in the chapter.

And the headline? As of 23rd June, BNI Perseverance has passed £82,000 worth of recorded business so far this year. Not bad at all. 💪

We're also actively looking to fill a few open categories right now. If you work in recruitment, car repairs, HR, or cleaning services and you're based in or around Tiverton, there's a seat at our table with your name on it. Come along as a visitor and see what we're about.

Earlier this week was a big day for .

Tuesday's first official meeting as a fully launched chapter took place at the Tiverton Hotel, and the room did not disappoint. 20 members, 8 visitors, and an atmosphere that showed exactly what this chapter is capable of.

Samuel kicked things off with a brilliant Core Value session on Givers Gain®, reminding the room that the best opportunities in BNI often come from keeping our eyes open for others, not just ourselves.

Our Director Consultant James Owens followed with a practical and insightful education slot on making 1-2-1 meetings count, encouraging members to come prepared, use the GAINS process, and ask the simple but revealing question: "How would you refer me?"

The Leadership Team then shared the chapter's vision for the months ahead. We are working towards £250,000 in referrals passed and 24 members by September, with an ambition to reach £1 million in referrals passed and 28 members by March 2027. Ambitious? Absolutely. Achievable? We think so.

A fantastic start, a clear direction, and a chapter full of people who genuinely want to help each other grow.
