4 months ago I wanted to give up on my business. I was completely burnt out. I didn’t believe in myself anymore and honestly… I felt broken. The easy option would have been to jump ship and give up.

But then I looked at one of my 3 year old twins.

I have four children and they are all absolutely amazing in their own way, but one of my twins has cerebral palsy. From the moment he was born he’s had to fight because he’s never known any different.

He can’t crawl, he can’t stand and he can’t walk. But he is happy. So happy he laughs at absolutely nothing.

He’s so determined and even though he dislikes physiotherapy, he gives every session his very best… even if it’s through frustrated tears.

A year ago he couldn’t even pull himself across the floor. Now he pulls himself up to stand with support and he bounces up and down on his knees.

And it made me stop and think… who even am I to question my business when he doesn’t even question his own abilities?

So if you’re sitting there doubting yourself, feeling burnt out or wondering if you should give up, remember this: progress doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to keep moving forward.

Sometimes the biggest lessons in resilience come from the smallest people.

So keep going. Someone out there needs to see that it’s possible.

Social media builds visibility, authority, and trust.
It grows your audience.
It strengthens your brand.
It nurtures relationships with potential clients.
