✅ Proven experience operating embroidery machines (preferably Tajima)
✅ A strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ A team player who’s willing to help out wherever needed
✅ Someone eager to grow with the business and take pride in their contribution
✅ Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality
⭐️ Bonus: Experience using a DTF would be a big plus !
