“I don’t want another garage logo” was how the client began our meeting, tired with the saturation of clipart used in his field. Clean, bold, and flexible, the logo - and consequent marketing - introduced his new garage and tyre centre on a visual level above the local competitors. Designed to be flexible, the simple icon works perfectly on large format signage as well as service book stamps.

FMS supply and deliver ball bearings to both domestic and commercial clients, especially from the industrial and automotive sectors. Inspired by the forms and shapes of the many different ball bearings, I began sketching with the intention of incorporating elements that would symbolise the product but in an abstract and utilitarian way.

This logo for new instagram.com/thewhiskyburn account and soon youtube channel, fits perfectly with the rustic yet elegant world of whisky. Giving hierarchy to the icon over the text, the logo has been designed for its reduced space usage, such as profile pictures and video corners.

Exciting new removal specialists based in Northern Ireland required their logo to operate on two levels.
The logo had to be friendly and trustworthy within the domestic environment whilst encouraging a professional and skilled connection with business users.
Inspired by the familiar and relevant “this way up” arrows found on many packing boxes, this clever word mark has turned the ‘i’ of Elite into an arrow and also the space between the ‘t’ and the ‘e’.

As brochure designer of the local arts festival, I created this fun logo to highlight the activities which most appeal to both tots and teenagers. Although the fonts used are relevant, and dare I say somewhat obvious, I kept the colour simple and solid. This had the desired effect in making it, and the teens, feel youthful rather than childish. With the page design, the "big ticket" events for both tots and teens get the most recognition.

Representing the struggle of dealing with mental health, the for this new mental health support group, forces your eye to focus on the journey to the centre. With everyone having their own struggles and needs, the more common colours like medical blue and zen green have been set aside for a mustard yellow - chosen to display diversity, optimism and individuality.
