Most websites are built to capture every visitor.
This one is built to turn some of them away.
It's for a clinic. Before anyone can book, there's a 90-second check, and one question does most of the work: has the standard treatment already been tried without success?
If yes - you get a page with a calendar. Pick a time, done.
If not yet - you get a different page. It explains what usually comes first, and when it's worth coming back. No calendar. No pressure. And the clinic stays in touch with occasional educational emails - so when the picture changes, they're the one you already know.
Why turn anyone away? Two reasons.
Push someone into something that isn't right for them, and you lose them for good. And every unqualified booking in the calendar makes the people who genuinely need you wait longer.
Nobody's lost - the check just decides who gets called first.
Same leads. Right order.
The rest of the site follows the same rule. Prices published instead of "call for a quote." Short videos answering the questions people are nervous to ask. Sixty-five five-star reviews placed where the decision happens, not parked on a testimonials page.
Thanks to Lance and the team at Optimum TMS in Columbus, and to Rhys McCulloch on the build.
