Creating content for a specific stage of the customer’s journey has a significant impact and is meaningful to your target audience.

How to do that?

Identify the stage your audience is at and create content that meets them there!

STAGE 1: CONNECT

👉Branding & Awareness: This takes a lot of time since the audience has never interacted with the business before.

At this stage, you help your audience understand and appreciate the use of your service.

STAGE 2: CONSIDER

👉Engagement & Storytelling: This is when the customers are aware that they have a problem and are trying to find the best solution.

The audience has engaged with the company but is yet to take meaningful action.

STAGE 3: CONVERT

👉Conversion: This is where the customer decides ‘what’ to buy.

The customer has shown high intention but is yet to convert.

👉Completion: This is the last part and is where the customer becomes from a lead to a sale.

TAKE HOME MESSAGE: Consider the customer’s journey when creating your content.
