So I’ve been posting on this instagram account for a little while now and to be honest, I’ve been a bit lost with it.
I was unsure whether I wanted to try and do tutorial based content like how to make an interactive website
Or
Focus on more curating content like best interactive websites I’ve come across recently
Or
Focus on trying to do redesigns of websites I find online.
Maybe this has been kinda obvious that I’ve been trying random things out with varying results.
But when I zoom out and just think, why am I even making websites, I just love meeting people who want to turn an idea in to something more concrete.
Especially when those people are doing something amazing that the world would benefit from existing.
When I go back through the websites I’ve enjoyed making the most, they haven’t been the biggest jobs or the most impressive.
They’re generally the ones that have made the most impact for someone that I genuinely believe is doing amazing things.
So I’m going to be launching something called Founder Stories (current title…)
The idea is to:
1) Go and meet a founder, film their space and why they’re amazing
2) Make them an interactive website
3) Present it to them to get their reaction (and hopefully help them by giving assets for social etc)
So anyway, that’s the plan.
Shout out to the amazing people who have let me design something for them so far and hope you guys like the new format for this instagram page!
