Some things will be too hard to do virtually so I will advise you if I feel I can’t help your business. I am here to add value, not slow you down. How do we work together? My working hours are 7am to 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays, so I will agree the times I block out for you during these hours. When I have holidays booked, I will give you plenty of notice to ensure you have no service interruption and I can help with sourcing a stand-in if required. Every time I have to choose what to do next (reply now or later, which spreadsheet, which link, which version of the onboarding email), my brain spends energy on admin instead of the work that actually moves my business forward.
