Chelsea took to the stage at this year's Women in Business event.

She shared her journey from starting out as a 19 yer old with a part time job in Product Excellence to growing Big Reputation.

A website should reflect the level your business is operating at.

Carters had grown, but their previous website was no longer doing the business justice. It didn't fully communicate the scale of their projects, the quality of their delivery, or the strength of their offer.

So, we created a new site designed to support growth: clearer positioning, stronger imagery, and a better platform for sales and marketing moving forward.

Alongside the website build, we also updated the imagery by visiting live sites to capture the team, the environment, and the scale of the work properly. That made a huge difference in bringing the business to life and showing prospective clients what Carters is really capable of.

When we started building Melior Esse’s marketing plan, it quickly became clear that the business had outgrown its original brand.

The business had built a strong reputation and was delivering real value in the market, but the identity around it was no longer reflecting that clearly. There was no strategic brand system in place to support sales and marketing activity, especially when partnering with external businesses, which made it harder to communicate the business consistently and with confidence.

That made the next step obvious: Before the business could market itself properly, it needed a clearer brand strategy.

We worked with Vince to uncover what clients were really buying into, what made the business different, and how the brand needed to show up going forward.

From there, we developed a stronger strategic framework, a refined identity, and a clearer tone of voice that felt aligned with the quality, reputation, and direction of the business.

What is most exciting now is seeing the brand step into its full role, supporting marketing, strengthening sales activity, and creating more consistency across the wider business.

We are loving this trend of sharing childhood pics...

So for International Women's Day, we thought a post introducing the 'female powered' Big Rep team was overdue.

Today, we're celebrating how far we've all come. A lot of that is down to the support we've had from the incredible people in our lives who embody the 'Give To Gain' principle surrounding this years event:

"Meaningful progress on gender equality requires deliberate contributions from governments, institutions and individuals. When we invest in women's safety, rights and leadership, we strengthen societies as a whole."

For us, it's a moment to pause and feel proud of the girls we were and proud of the women we've become. It's also a time to appreciate the people who've helped shape our confidence, opened doors, shared honest advice, and backed our ambitions without hesitation.

We feel grateful for the support, opportunities, and everyday encouragement that's helped each of us grow.

While today is often about celebrating progress and celebrating each other...

We shouldn't forget that it's also about committing to carrying that energy forward to inspire the next generation of women to chase their dreams - and playing an active part in shaping the world so they have the freedom and support to do so.
