Last job the year completed a couple of weeks back.. part wrapping the Landrover for , nearly 90 hampers this year, organised by who worked tirelessly to bake all the goodies within and deliver them to the children’s ward at The Royal Alex, and in Brighton Hospital.

“Pinch punch, first of the month”… said my wife as I dragged myself out of bed at 5am, she’s such a child and has won 11-1 this year, not that I’m really playing of course 🤣🤣

Very frosty start for the gym today, thank goodness for heated screens, seats and steering wheels!

Conditioning Friyay with our sweetheart .gover.84 running the show, I won’t lie… I nearly died and the pre-workout was what got me through… 9hrs broken sleep in last 3 days doesn’t help much either!!!
