We'll take you through, step by step, the process of working out which social media circles you should be swimming in. Then we'll help you dip

your toe in, go out with for a couple of widths (with armbands, if you like) and finally, when you're ready,
we'll oil you up and man the support boat if you decide to swim the channel. Of course, we'd be perfectly happy to stand at the poolside and shout encouragement if you only want to do a couple of lengths every few days, too.
