Micro 3D printed microfluidics in clear material.

This transparent microfluidic chip features 200 µm channels, produced using BMF high-resolution micro 3D printing at 10 µm resolution with a 10 µm layer height.
At this scale, clarity matters.

Clear material allows engineers and researchers to observe flow behaviour, inspect channel quality, identify bubbles, and develop microfluidic devices where optical access is essential.

Applications include lab-on-a-chip development, diagnostics, life sciences, medical device prototyping, and other micro-scale fluidic systems.

We’re now exploring this material across BMF’s 2 µm, 10 µm, and 25 µm platforms for future high-resolution applications.
