It’s been a while since we posted. He has been a busy Elf in his workshop 😁. I’ve managed to grab a picture of this beauty he has just finished as he was adding it to the Etsy shop. The main piece of this is Yew, the knives are held in by magnets which are very cleverly hidden at the back. As always check us out at Etsy and drop us a line if you see anything you fancy.

Well he has been at it again. This is a beech and walnut desk tidy. It holds paper size A4. I love the way he has added the contrasting splines on drawers and stand. What more can I say 😁. As always all handmade by him and available on the Etsy shop. Message us if you fancy anything.

Its been a while since he has been in the garage. I must say he definitely not lost his touch.
This a Zebra wood, walnut and maple watch box. It will hold 4 watches or what ever you want it to hold 😜.
As always all hand made by him.

I think someone thinks Christmas is coming. He is starting to get the stock up.
These are 4 new pens. The first two are Santos rosewood, and the second two are snakewood. You can see the patterns in both, but close up they are even better.

Well the leg is fixed enough for him to be happy standing in the garage 😃. He thought he would make an old favourite but this one is made from Zebra wood and maple. The patterns in the wood are pretty spectacular. It's available on the Etsy shop, but if you are interested contact us directly. As always these are all handmade by his own fair hands

A couple of new items added to his stock list 😀. The bowl is Sapele, all hand turned by him (even with his healing leg). The knife block is Yew, with walnut posts and meranti feet. As always check us out on Etsy and drop us a message for prices etc.

Okay, so he is baaacccckkkk.
He is still recuperating, but he is allowed to stand etc, so straight to his workshop he went 😀.
It may have been 7 weeks since he could do any woodwork, but he definitely hasn’t lost his touch.
The knife block is mainly Yew, and the knives are held in place by magnets.
The pen is rosewood, with heart wood in it.
Ive got to admit I’m struggling to put them both on the Etsy site 🤪.

Okay just a bit of an update, the Timber Hermit has broken his ankle, so will not be able to make anything new for a while, but we just wanted to let you know we still have lots of different things in stock- just check out the shop on Etsy- If you fancy anything drop us a message and we may be able to do a deal 😁

It's been a while since we posted. He has found a new sport, which has kept him a little busy 🛹 (that's a bit of a clue).
We received a message from someone looking for a yew pen, to match thier longbow, so it just has to be done, and how nice did it turn out 😍.

So he has managed actually to stop making knife blocks for all the special orders he has had, and finish this Writing desk that he started before Christmas!!!!
What a beauty- The table is walnut and Oak, and the drawers have Beech sides, Walnut front and Sycamore base- finished with a zebra wood stand.
