THE LONELY MEXICAN

Was in a queue the other day… at one of those ‘multiple eateries in one venue’ type places.

You know the type, big busy dining hall. Fish and Chips, Mexican, Chinese, Greek, Indian etc.

Overheard two lads behind me arguing about where to order from.

They were looking over at this sad lonely fella keeping the counters clean on his own at the Mexican.

One goes..
“Not there, looks dead.”

That was it. Decision made.

Mad when you think about it.

Could’ve been better food. Better service. Better everything.

Didn’t matter.

Looked dead… so they lost.
