A lot of artists think music PR means blasting your release to hundreds of email addresses and hoping something sticks.
It doesn't work like that.
Music PR is about getting the right coverage, from the right outlets, at the right time. It's targeted. It's personal. And it's built around your specific music - not a template.
Good PR tells your story to people who have the audience you need to reach. Bad PR is just noise.
One thing worth saying upfront: hiring a PR company doesn't mean you get to sit back and let someone else do the work. If anything, you'll have more to do, not less.
PR opens doors. But you're the one who has to walk through them. When coverage lands, you need to be active - sharing it, responding to it, building on it. When an interview comes in, you need to show up prepared and give it everything.
When new fans find you through a feature, your social media, your live presence, your whole world needs to be worth landing on.
People are interested in you - the artist, the band, the music. Not the PR company.
We're working in the background so you can be front and centre. The more you put in alongside a campaign, the more you'll get out of it.
