I had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Jake Trigg the author of the soon-to-be-released book (Feb 28th, 2023 available on Amazon) The WAY of Emotions

Jake Trigg has produced this truly incredible toolbox in a book for kids to help them to understand and "witness" their behavior, and "accept" and understand how they have behaved. This book teaches our children not only the mental and emotional tools to understand and manage their emotions with ease but with such fun activities to help them draw focus when they are struggling with a series of tools such as the Ninja breath.

Inspired by his journey as a single parent with his two boys, Jake has great insight and knowledge and not just a lot of psychological understanding, but deeply personal and heartfelt knowledge in his field gained from his own life series of events and studies.

I cannot wait for this book to go on sale on February 28th on Amazon, and I will certainly be ordering a copy for my 8-year-old son.

Many moons ago Mark worked for a tech company in the land of NZ. The partners of the business believed it would be beneficial to send their employees to a well-known Transcendental meditation school. Little did Mark know at the time that this would change the way he viewed his life and managed his own working practice. Mark is a firm believer that this technique has saved him from suffering the normal stresses and worries most people encounter in their lives.

Ben's autism he believes is a blessing that allows him to block out the distractions we so often encounter to allow him to channel the Akashic records.
