There was a time in my business when I was doing all the “right” things.⁣

👉🏻 Posting every day like so the algorithm would actually work in my favour.⁣

👉🏻 Saying yes to every opportunity that came my way.⁣

👉🏻 Filling every spare minute with something “productive”.⁣

And yet, I’d wake up worrying if I’d done enough the day before.⁣

I wasn't failing⁣
I was just surviving. ⁣

And it showed...in my results, my energy, and how I showed up for my own business 😩🥱⁣

But it wasn't just me, I see it playing out over and over with the women I've connected with over the years.⁣

🎩 Wearing 87 hats because “no one else can do it like me.”⁣

For the past few weeks, I've been meal prepping for my other half (talk about being a good girlfriend 😉), but it's just reminded me of what growing a business successfully should look like...⁣

🍽️ He's remained consistent with the same meal (classic chicken and rice) 3 times a day. ⁣

📈 He's monitored his numbers by jumping on the scales each morning.⁣

🔁 He's been making changes to his portions when the scales aren't matching where he needs to be, instead of just hoping "it will sort itself out"⁣

Yeah, it's boring as it sounds. But it's effective! ⁣
