Dentists, the last 14 days I have been running another Invisalign and Implant campaign for a well known practice in Leeds, they sent me a message saying they have already had 10 new Implant consultations confirmed and 9 new Invisalign consultations confirmed.

They have had 16 people fill out their Implant form and 20 people fill out their Invisalign form a total of 36 leads in two weeks, from this they have already booked in 19 new consults in total confirmed which is over 50% lead to consultation rate.

So basically for every 10 leads they get, they are booking in 5 of them which is amazing as most practices struggle to book in 10-15% at most.

This is due to a number of factors however mainly due to the main focus of the advert being to drive "quality leads" over quantity using a range of techniques.

This practice has told me they normally have conversion rate of over 80% as they are a very well respected dentist in their area, so these consults could result in many tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands in new revenue and it's only the first couple of weeks.

They are promoting Invisalign and Implants ranging from single to full arch, as you all know these are big earners.

Dentists šŸ‘‹, Since January 1st, 2024, I have generated 293 qualified dental implant inquiries for one of my clients through a Facebook advertisement. This has cost them only Ā£2,580.40, as they have a monthly budget of around Ā£450!

Out of all these inquiries, their booking rate is around 40%. Once a person comes in, they have a consultation-to-treatment conversion rate of around 30-40% on average.

So, out of every 30 leads they get, they will book an average of 12 of them. Out of these 12 leads, they secure 3-4 new implant patients who proceed with treatment.

Based on the conversion rates, it is estimated that 35 to 47 patients have proceeded with treatment over the past 6 months (some are still waiting to start).

This may not sound like a lot, but considering the cost of implants, which is around £1500 excluding the crown at this clinic, this results in multiple tens of thousands, if not an extra six figures in revenue from new patients.

All of these leads are pre-qualified as they go through a 10-page questionnaire before becoming a lead.

Part of the questionnaire involves acknowledging the pricing of implants so they have an understanding before they walk in the door.

These are realistic expectations, and you could even achieve higher conversion rates if your practice is proficient in sales.

Dentists, here is another one, 391 qualified Invisalign leads in 12 months generated for one client of which at least 20% have taken up treatment.
Around £10k spent and a return of a potential £347,000 in new Invisalign revenue.
See the screenshot attached, you can see the types of leads they are getting through everyday, all of these leads understand the offer and the costs as it is presented on the sales page they are sent to once clicking on the advert.
What are they offering to the public?
1. £400 off Invisalign
2. Whitening and retainers included
3. Finance options
4. Usual price of Invisalign is £4850 reduced to £4450
How are they promoting Invisalign and what is the process?
1. Facebook & IG ads to reach the public.
2. Sales pages where people can see how the treatment works, before and afters, testimonials, more about the practice, and most importantly pricing information.
3. Follow up system, once someone fills in their information, they are followed up with instantly using a automated message system, the team then take over and book them in.
These numbers may sound crazy; however, converting 20% of leads from marketing is more than possible. As long as you have quality leads and enough inquiries, this can be achieved. You just need to have effective adverts and funnels in place.
Think of it this way, for every 10 leads you get, you can book in 5, out of the 5 people that turn up, you can get 2 to go ahead, this is more than doable when getting quality inquires shown in the image.

37 new implant consultations in 60 days, £103,000+ in new potential revenue all from a simple Facebook advert!

I'm running an implant advert on Facebook for one of my clients that is generating constant new inquires for them multiple times daily.

In the last 60 days they have had 96 inquiries from their dental implant Facebook advert, they have managed to book in 37 of them all of which are needing either single implants, multiple, or full mouth.

The value potential is anywhere from £103,600 in new revenue as they charge from £2,800 for a single implant, however many of these people could need more work done resulting in a much higher amount of revenue to be made.

This is all from a simple Facebook advert on top of what they are already doing.

Composite bonding is one of the best things to advertise right now if you are a dentist, I just started running a bonding advert on Instagram for one of my clients only a week ago, they have already had 27 people reserve a consultation at their clinic for treatment!
Why does composite bonding work so well at this time of year?
A big factor is because of the summer coming up, people have holidays planned, weddings etc and people want to look and feel their best.
Bonding can give them an instant smile makeover which is extremely attractive to someone looking to enhance their smile in time for the summer.
How to put out an effective advert?
1. Create a Facebook and IG ad and target your local area.
2. Offer free consultations where new people can come in and see the work you have done and what you can do for them.
3. Take a deposit to make sure people turn up.
4. Watch the patients roll in.
Quick tip; on your adverts for bonding, there is 3 best types of images and videos to use that will get your ad the most attention:
1. Animation videos - you can find these stock online, these are great to show the process of composite bonding in an engaging way, I have attached an example.
2. Before and afters - you can only use full face before and afters as Meta will not allow close up, however if you have those, this is one of the best bits of content you can have as it shows a real transformation.
3. Smile reactions/reveal - have you even seen those videos where a patient who has just had bonding/veneers/implants is reacting to their smile for the first time in a mirror? This content works great, people watch this and want to feel the same thing.

If you want more Implant cases, promote it on Facebook! I just started running an Implant campaign for a practice only 5 days ago, in that 5 days they have had 32 people reserve a consultation at their practice already!
How are they doing it?

1. They are offering free consultations, however the person needs to pay a £25 reservation fee to make sure they turn up, this will then be refunded if they don't go ahead or knocked off towards treatment if they do. The goal of this is just to get people through the door, once they come in and get a feel for the practice, they will be likely to go ahead.

2. The ads are very attractive, I have created them in a way to get the most amount of attention possible using "direct ad copy" meaning we are targeting and talking to the exact audience we want to attract. Also I'm using some very cool animations to showcase the process of an Implant.

3. They have a good landing page, this is essential not only to get a lot of leads but also quality leads as you can showcase who you are, before and afters, pricing etc

I recently made another practice £70k from 3 implant patients using this strategy and we are well on the way to do the same here as many of these leads have been booked in already!

Dentists! I wanted to show you this as this is something you could do right now as we speak, as the weather gets nicer and the summer is getting closer, this is something you want to take advantage of, if you have the space for expansion.

One of my practices is promoting dental implants and a ā€œspring whitening offerā€ to their local area through social media.

The implant open day you can see has had 45 people just this month so far register of which the practice has had to open up multiple days to accommodate all of this interest, these people are enquiring from single implants to full arch and could result in tens of thousands in new revenue for them at the very least.

The whitening campaign has already bought them Ā£7500 before for valentines day (it was a valentine's day offer originally) however we extended it to ā€œcelebrate springā€ and it has generated a further 28 registrations of people looking to claim the offer, we are going to keep this going which will result in a monthly increase of Ā£5k+ just in whitening treatments

This dentist only spends about £1k per month on their ads to achieve this and brings them huge returns, on average they will book in 60%-70% of the leads and their internal sales rate is around 70%, so you can work the numbers back from that as they get around 150 qualified leads a month (quality lead meaning people know the price before the enquire)

You could achieve something similar for sure, the market is picking up now and people are ready to invest in their smile and you can take advantage of it.

You just need to put yourself out there and reach new people
