Working alone can sometimes feel isolating 🚗
For many field-based roles, days are spent travelling, working independently, and moving from place to place.
While independence is certainly rewarding for work-life balance, it’s also important to look after your mental wellbeing.
A few simple reminders for anyone in lone-working roles:
✨ Stay connected with colleagues throughout the day
✨ Take breaks between visits - even short pauses matter
✨ Get outside for fresh air between visits
✨ Have a proper lunch and stay hydrated
✨ Reach out if you’re struggling. Support is there
