We went down to Tivvy on Saturday for the Colts home SF against Okehampton. JoJo trained on Thursday but hasn't really played since Xmas. We figured he'd be a useful utility on the bench, just in case - but he ended with half a game at fullback & went well.

It was a tight game with sadly, some pretty awful officiating, which frustrated both teams & most people watching. It's a shame that these young lads put so much effort into playing some great rugby, they deserve better from Devon RFU.

That's the end of the season for Tivvy & the boys can be proud of a decent set of results. Coach Henry has led the squad brilliantly & built a good foundation to work off next season, let's just hope we keep the player numbers as we will lose 4 x year 13s this summer.

Looking forward to some summer kickabouts down at Tivvy.

So our match against touring team ended up being our last of the season, as Honiton & Tavistock got cancelled. It was a great final test for our boys after a great season & we could go on to enjoy our awards dinner, having Played 23 games, Won 17, Drawn 2 & Lost 4 (2 of which were touring teams).

The U14's went through as second in the group beating Colyton, Okehampton and St Peters in the pool.
The U15's also went through as second in their group beating QECC and Colyton.
Well done!
