Some of our most important work is the stuff we can’t show.
Recently, we delivered a fully bespoke internal portal for Nantes Solicitors & Notaries, designed exclusively for staff use.
The brief was not just about security. It also had to work better than the system it replaced. Faster, clearer, and simpler for the team to manage day-to-day.
The portal was built to make it easy to populate and update content internally, without technical bottlenecks or reliance on developers. It is supported by two custom MU plugins that handle authentication, access enforcement, session control, and internal activity tracking, all without plugin bloat or performance drag.
At the same time, we were working on something very different for the same client.
Alongside the internal portal, we worked with the team at Nantes to conceive, structure and deliver the Renters’ Rights Hub, a public-facing resource built within their existing website to help landlords and tenants navigate the Renters’ Rights Act with clarity and confidence. The hub brings together structured guidance, supporting articles and a dedicated visual identity, including a bespoke logo, all built to be fast, accessible and easy to maintain over time.
One system is completely locked down. The other is designed to be widely accessed and shared.
Both are built on the same principles: performance, clarity, and purpose-built functionality rather than off-the-shelf compromise.
This kind of work sits quietly behind the scenes, but for regulated businesses, it is often the most critical digital investment they make.
