Small factoid. In 2003 I started learning how to design websites while lying on a hospital bed. I had one arm immobile and strapped into a dialysis machine for five hours a day, three days a week for a total of two years.

It shows that even when you are at your lowest ebb you can still rise up and do something positive.

Although I've called this post a Fitbit Flex Review, a better title would probably be "How my new Fitbit Flex finally got me off my ass, when everything else failed."
