We recently put together these simple stand graphics for Cyclife Group at this year’s British Nuclear Medicine Society Spring Meeting.

The aim was straightforward, keep things clear, on-brand, and easy to take in at a glance. No overcomplication, just a message that does its job.

Wise words from Lisa L.

We see it time and time again, when things get tough, marketing is usually the first thing to go, and on the surface it makes sense because it feels like something you can pause without too much impact.

But in reality, marketing is the very thing that’s keeping everything else moving; bringing people in, keeping you visible - more so than your competitors - and being that consistent brand profiling tool that ensures your company is at the forefront of the next commercial decision.

So when it stops, things don’t necessarily always fall apart straight away, but they do start to slow, and picking that momentum back up later is usually harder than expected.

Not an easy call to make at all, but it’s one that’s worth sitting with a little longer, because what you pause today is what you’ll have to rebuild tomorrow.

LL attended Business South’s Directors Dinner, held at the beautiful Belmore Hotel, last night in Brockenhurst.

She arrived early to do some video interviews - celebrating & marking Business South’s 20th year! - directed by the fabulous Annelies.

It was another fine evening of insight, chat and catching up with contacts; meeting new ones as well.

Thank you to marvellous Alison Barnes, CEO of New Forest National Park Authority, for her brilliant speech reminding us of the equal importance of profit, place and planet. 🌍

LB here! As the content planner for Glow, this is one of those blogs I find myself coming back to again and again, especially when things get busy in the studio and content starts to feel like another thing on the list.
A lot of clients we speak to feel really overwhelmed by social media planning, and if I’m honest, I’m not immune to that either.
But what I’ve realised is it’s not usually a lack of ideas - it’s the pressure to constantly create something new.
When actually… most people didn’t see your post the first time anyway.
So putting all that pressure on one piece of content to perform perfectly? It’s a bit unrealistic.
You’re allowed to get things slightly wrong. You don’t need to overthink every post.
If it didn’t hit, just tweak it, add a new image or a slight rewrite and go again.

Resharing is not about repeating yourself. It is about being consistent with your brand and communications.
