It's nearly ten years since I first had the idea for this image of a long exposure centering on an isolated Gormley figure at Crosby Beach, Merseyside. First time around I used a Sony A6000 camera and two 10 stop filters that produced this blue cast to the image. This time around I used a full frame Sony but still with the same filters.

It's that lone tree again!Travelling through Llanberis it's only polite to go and say hello to the lone tree on Llyn Padarn. The water level was up after the recent storms and was covering the stones usually visible in the foreground and the lake was very calm allowing a fine reflection of the tree to be visible.
