This week for Mental Health Awareness Week, the team at TLC Business took some time away from the office for a wellness day.

We headed out for a pottery painting session followed by lunch - a simple reminder of how important it is to step back, recharge and spend quality time with the people around you.

In busy working environments, it’s easy to get caught up in deadlines, emails and the day-to-day pressures. But taking a break, resetting mentally and making time for wellbeing can have a huge positive impact on both productivity and team morale.
