Finally... let there be light. ☀️

Sunshine, cake and a little healthy competition ☀️🩷

We swapped our desks for deckchairs to support the Afternoon Tea Party for Breast Cancer Now.

There were games, sweet treats, a few surprisingly competitive rounds of KerPlunk... and, most importantly, money raised for a brilliant cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved. 💗

💙 For Men’s Health Week, we asked Harry what men’s mental health means to him.

“For a lot of young men, mental health struggles aren’t taken seriously until they reach a boiling point. Too often, anxiety, stress and burnout are brushed off as something you should just deal with.

I’ve lived with anxiety for much of my life and it’s still something I try my best to navigate every day. The difference now is that I’ve learned to give it the attention it deserves. Progress hasn’t happened overnight, it never does to be honest, but step by step, I am proud to say things have improved.

I think we as people really need to challenge the idea that being a man means staying silent or ‘manning up’ which does my head in. Real strength is recognising when something isn’t right and having the courage to talk about it.

From personal experience, opening up to people you trust and taking things one step at a time can make more of a difference than you realise.”

💙🫂 This Men’s Health Week, let’s keep the conversation going and remind the men around us that they don’t have to carry everything alone.

New gimbal acquired 🎥✨

So naturally Harry & Elly spent five minutes testing the stabilisation… and the next thirty making each other laugh.

Here are a few outtakes from the new kit’s first day in the office 👀
