One of my favourite ways of resting is to read without thinking about the time. During the week, I might try and fit in 5 pages or read for 30-mins, but if I'm resting, true rest is all about switching off the timer and just losing yourself in whatever I'm doing 💛

THE HIGHLIGHTS ✨️

This year has been tough work-wise - the landscape has changed and so has what people want. 'Pivot' has definitely been a popular word.

Despite this, I'm happy that I've had the chance to work with some amazing clients who are excited to make a lasting difference in the world.

This year has also been hugely surprising - I've pushed myself to do things before I've been ready, like the book launch + messaging people I've admired on LinkedIn. The book launch completely filled my soul and it was a magical experience to connect so emotionally with the people who attended.

Messaging people on LinkedIn has also been amazing. I've made friends and learned so much from people who have given me their time and expected nothing in return.

2024 has been a fulfilling and overwhelming year - full of emotion and love. It's the year I feel like I've really embraced my whole self and it's aligned in my business with the launch of my personal brand and moving from G.B. Copywriting to Gurpreet Bharya 🧡

I'm so excited for the new year ✨️

THE HIGHLIGHTS ✨️

This year has been tough work-wise - the landscape has changed and so has what people want. 'Pivot' has definitely been a popular word.

For two golden hours on Saturday 30th November, I invite you to join us, as we:

✨️ Music-accompanied readings
✨️ A conversation about the poetry - South-Asian society, identity and the role we play

Of course, I had to buy a new book...

What this post is actually about is my friend and his breath-taking exhibition, 'Sitting with your virtues and vices' at the . These images are just a taster because nothing can prepare you for the intricate detail of it in person.

I honestly feel so proud of what he's achieved - his bench, inspired by Sikh architecture, stands in a whole space of its own in the V&A and it's beautiful.

This is the last day to see it! Head down there and see it - you won't regret it!

Yes it's an amazing tool and yes, it has a lot of good and worthy uses.

But as wellness business owners I KNOW you didn't throw yourself off the 9-5 conveyor belt just to reduce your human connection with your ideal clients through A.I.-generated copy.

I know it's the connection that actually fuels you. In fact, the opportunity to make a real difference to real people is what motivated you in the first place.

As wellness business owners, you're here to make your unique contribution to serve people who want to learn/become the best version of themselves through your support, passion and creativity. You're here to build a MEANINGFUL business. 🧡
