Polite notice 💓
I would just like to remind clients of my cancellation policy . Due to a repeat in last minute cancellations over the past few weeks I am just reminding everyone of the 50% charge you will receive if it’s under 24 hours .
I am also going to be bringing in a £20 deposit for any new bookings over 2 hour appointments which is non refundable however i will allow you to move or amend your appointment with the deposit if it’s over 24 hours . If your re booked appointment is then moved for a 2nd time the £20 deposit will be taken as this is my time wasted.
I understand we are all experiencing the rise in costs however please understand this is my main job. Less than 24 hours notice does not give me enough time to ring around people to fill my day in. I appreciate things crop up however that is not my fault & should not affect my income.
