The last few weeks I have experience the darkest moments in my life as I lay there with COVID feeling nauseated by life and everything around me.

So much fear and hopelessness was coming up, but all I could do was to do my best and not let my intrusive thoughts to pull me out of alignment.

For some time, it was really hard, even impossible to keep focusing and directing my mind to all the good I wanted to create in my life.

Eventually as I got stronger and nausea for life has subsided, I started summoning up everything that I love and brings me joy.

I thought a lot about my kids and promised myself to be more present, compassionate and engaged. I missed them so much those 2 weeks at home alone with my dark thoughts.

I focused on the companies I am building and soul aligned clients I work with each and every day.

I decorated my beautiful ski chalet in Verbier which my future self will buy one day.

I saw my self speaking on world stages with confidence and ease.

But what really got me out of this dark place was recognising that the biggest fear I felt was in fact part of my life purpose.

Weird right? But let me explain.

In Human Design your life purpose is expressed through your Incarnation Cross which is represented by the energies (Gates) in the Sun & Earth.

The energy in your conscious Sun is your Soul Purpose and mine is the Gate 44, which is the Gate of Alertness.

The energy of Gate 44 originates from the Spleen, the centre of instinct and survival. The energies coming from the Spleen are called Fear Gates .

This is the place where some of the most irrational fears originate from & it almost becomes about survival where you entire nervous system gets into the state of fight or flight or freeze.

The low expression of Gate 44 is the fear of the past. You can get paralysed by the thoughts that the past will inevitably will repeat itself.

The mastery of Gate 44 is to see the patterns that have created the pain and limiting stories that no longer server you. To create awareness, help yourself & others to transform their pain into sense of deep alignment with purpose.

This weekend, for the second time I experienced just that, when I sat next to 2 strangers & told them both, where they are right now, where they want to be, the doubts & fears that are holding them back, as they sat there watching me with look of total disbelief at how accurate my intuition was.

There are 7 Authorities in Human Design and following your authority will help you to find answers to “What should I do?” & “How do I know?” without suffering from overthinking burnout.

Knowing which authority your client or customer is, will help you understand how they are wired to make decisions. Some may need as long as 30 days, to give you Yes or No answer (luckily it is only 1% 😂).

When I work with clients, I always look at their Human Design chart first and adjust my coaching program according to their design, because no chart is the same and each person requires a unique approach. If I had to coach a Generator and Reflector in the same way, there would be a total chaos and they would not benefit from my program, or, find it very difficult to follow & keep up(Check out my Youtube channel where I explain different energy types).

Companies have long used personality frameworks like MBTI or DiSC to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their employees with the aim of aiding in productivity, interpersonal dynamics and morale.

But as the world has shifted and many organisations have started to redefine what true 'work' really means by paying more attention to the physical, emotional & mental wellbeing of their employees, it is just the right time to introduce something NEW.

Something that does not only focus on the strength & weaknesses, but also takes into account the energetic potential of each individual, recognising that every single person is truly unique.

The Human Design system builds on the used and overused personality frameworks by adding an energetic component and looks at how you innately exert energy to make decisions and take actions.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Human Design is being adopted in some companies and having a positive impact on their recruitment and management strategies by helping to:

Human Design is a custom-tailored system which is essentially a roadmap for self-understanding on how to use your energy to navigate your work and personal life correctly according to your Energetic Type.

There are 5 Energy Types and understanding which type your employees fall into is the key to successful communication, decision making, performance and well-being.

Each Energy Type brings a specific set of skills that can be leveraged for success, whether this is as business/ professional growth or personal growth.

For example, you might work with someone who moves and takes actions fast, initiates multiple projects at a time and gets angry if anything or anyone get on their way. The chances are, they are a Manifestor or a Manifesting Generator Energy Type.

Then there are Energy Types such as Projectors and Reflectors, who do not have consistent energy to work or initiate. They need more rest, downtime & best work in sprints, when they have the energy to do so.

Knowing this information, and understanding Decision making strategy for each Energy Type, provides you with a tool on how to best manage your team, distribute workload, as well as helps to highlights strengths and weaknesses of every individual.

The benefits of using of Human Design are endless and incorporating it into the company is key to long lasting success, because, the more comfortable, understood and valued employees are, the better they perform and are more likely to stay with the company.

We are all unique & so are our clients.

Only Generators & Manifesting Generators have consistent energy & may tackle ‘to do’ lists with more enthusiasm than others.

One of the biggest challenges many people face is to figure out what they want to do with their lives.

To discover what you are meant to do is not an easy task as you may come up against obstacles to hold you back.

- Societal pressure is often the root cause that takes people down the paths they dont particularly enjoy.

- Prioritising money & safety above doing what you love - most of us are raised to believe that we have to get a job to earn money and cannot get paid for what we love to do.

- Feeling its too late in life - it is NEVER TOO LATE! I attend Dr Joe Dispenza workshops where I see people in their 80's re-inventing themselves over and over.

We are each born with the life purpose, and our ‘inner compass’ will often let us know when we are off the path.

✔️Maybe you already feeling this niggling feeling inside telling you that something is off.

✔️You feel disconnected and detached.

✔️You started to re-evaluating your believes, and conversations you loved having , you now find boring.

Serving something greater than yourself, makes you a better leader and powerful decision maker.

Some of the reasons why people are stuck in their jobs & in their careers are:

-They dont believe they can do it
-They put needs of others before themselves
-They look for solution in their minds for something that they have not done before

So they make excuses that the timing is not right, they dont have money, kids are too small/too big….

But the nagging questions:
- ‘Is this it for me?’
-‘Is this what my life will always be like’?
Dont seem to go away no matter what they do and say to themselves.

Does it sound familiar?

That was me few years ago & I did not see a way out of my then reality.

Good job, kids in private schools, holidays, shopping…

But I felt dissatisfied, disconnected and very very sad that I will die doing a job I did not particularly liked.

The biggest lesson I learned since leaving my corporate career, is that when we approach any challenge with a rational way of thinking, we are incapable to find solution to something that we have not done before.

This requires new way of making decisions which does not come from our logical minds, but can stretch us way beyond our conditional way of thinking.

This is the way of intuition and trusting that your body knows what is correct for you.

When you access this level of decision making, it won’t matter how much money you have or how old your kids are.

You will just know and trust that decision you make, and the action you take are absolutely in alignment with what is next for you and that there is no way you could FAIL. Unless you give up.

Imagine how different your life will be then?

There are various ways of accessing and activating your intuition.

Human Design is what helped me to get out of my head and get in touch with my body which guides me towards the next right step.

You body always knows, your logic will only limit you.
