So grateful for recent reviews, including this one from my lovely recent client Whitney.

I wanted to share it in full because it touches on some of the frustrations I hear time and time again from clients - feeling stuck in a style rut, overwhelmed when shopping, buying things that don’t quite work together, or simply not feeling like themselves anymore or what works.

It’s why I’m so passionate about helping people understand the colours, shapes and styles that truly work for them. Not to create rules, but to give extra tools to create more ease, confidence and clarity in getting dressed and showing up as themselves.

When you understand what suits you and why, shopping becomes more intentional, outfits come together more easily, and getting dressed can start to feel enjoyable again rather than frustrating.

A week in Ibiza… but the quiet side! Flying home today, so whilst packing I thought I’d share a few pieces and pics.

It was also my birthday last weekend 🥂 We headed into Ibiza Town for that, but otherwise this trip has been very low-key and we’ve fully embraced all-inclusive life!! Slight lower light was me slipping over on cobbled old town streets (had trainers on!) so don’t do that! I can slip over my own foot given the chance!

Holiday packing tip - it’s often not the big statement outfits that work hardest on a lower key holiday, but the versatile pieces and accessories. Our hotel was super casual so the accessories helped me feel slightly more holiday esque for super relaxed evenings.

Although if you’re heading to Ibiza for the party scene… absolutely bring the disco sparkle and statement ✨I’ll do that on a future holiday - anyone up for it?!

Another tip - I highly recommend trying a coord if you can get over pj feel, I love them! The simple co-ord I’m wearing in first 2 pics is from Marks & Spencer and ended up being my most worn item as an easy light weight cover up that can be styled in multiple ways! Easy for bed to breakfast to pool!

I’ve also shared some of what was inside my day bag and some of my accessories too. I love a sneak peak! Ear phones also feature and have listened to lots of podcasts and music.

My last holiday was very wellness retreat, juices and fitness focused…

This one has been cocktails, sunshine, reading by the pool and buffet life (which as someone gluten-free can either be very limiting… or, in this case, chefs happily making me whatever I wanted so ended up having a lot 😂 I also always travel with emergency GF snacks just in case.

What are some of your holiday packing essentials, Either the fabulous ones or the items you just find super useful?

Let me de-influence you…

Yesterday I spent the day at Bicester Shopping Village with two lovely stylist friends - lots of laughs, browsing and a bit of client research. We were there all day… and I bought nothing (other than food and drink).

A few years ago, I might have felt pressure or wanted to buy something to justify the trip / because I’d get carried away as well - or because an outlet sale can create that false sense of urgency. There is big business in clothing items being marketed at us.

Now I’m much happier to walk away if it’s not quite right. Items I add need to earn there place in my wardrobe even more so than ever for me. Doesn’t mean I don’t have fun or make random purchases but I will reflect more.

I also returned a few recent purchases on the way home that didn’t quite work instead of letting them sit in my wardrobe with tags on. (Hands up if you’ve done that before 🙋🏻‍♀️!)

I’m still on my own journey with shopping more intentionally too and it’s something I help clients think about a lot as well. Cost per wear, fabric, fit, versatility and whether something genuinely works for your life.

Before you buy, ask yourself questions like:

Do I actually love it?
Does it work with what I already own?
Will I wear it regularly?
Is this filling a genuine gap?
What’s the likely cost per wear?

High street, designer, preloved, Vinted, boutiques… buy from wherever works for you. Just be careful/mindful of how many purchases you’re making out of impulse (or a dopamine hit) and take a bit more time before you start looking online or in person to think about the gaps you actually have. I promise to keep doing the same as much as I can too!

Happy ‘mindful’ shopping!

Fab time today hosting a workshop for individuals across a range of businesses. One of the businesses on site happens to be a former Pharma company I’ve worked for too who are now located there! So felt like I was stepping into an interview on site, or about to holding them from my hr days there!

A big thank you to Ingrid who arranged for me to attend and for such a warm and kind welcome and to everyone who joined and shared their thoughts so openly in the session!

The team kindly captured photos and footage, so I’ll share more from the session soon as I’m so bad for doing that!

I made the most of being nearby and headed into Marlow afterwards. A little browse along the lovely high street, including stops into Scamp & Dude obviously (!) and a few other lovely stores! Did I buy something - maybe! I’ll share what stays as I’m more picky than ever these days and budget considerations, but now I’ve done my summer switch over realised how many summer gaps I have!

I wore a vibrant green suit today and it felt very me and one I’ve worn a few times before. A little reminder that style is personal!!

On the same afternoon:

* One person stopped me to ask where my suit was from and shops were complimentary. It’s bold so does get noticed a little more
* Another person stopped me on street and so kindly said she simply wanted to say I looked great and spring like.
* And a group of school children… pointed and laughed (in fairness, I was also carrying a bright green juice!)

Same outfit. Different reactions!!!

It’s such a simple but powerful reminder - not everyone will “get” your style, or want to wear it and that’s not the point! The goal isn’t universal approval, it’s alignment!!! And joy for you!

When you know what works for you and how you want to show up, it shows!! 💚

💛 This week - feeling really grateful for a lovely one with clients ✨

✅ Colour Analysis - I’m still hosting these full sessions for individuals, joint bookings and small groups

✅ A Colour & Style Confidence Day with a lovely client. These days have been so popular recently and I’ve genuinely had so much fun with them - perfect for those who want colour and style together in a lovely self care day, with guided application in shops or a wardrobe edit

✅ A returning client for a personal shop - we hit Reading and found some beautiful Spring/Summer pieces to build into her wardrobe, carefully chosen around her style, colour and overall goals

🌈And tomorrow, 2 x joint full colour analysis sessions to round off the week - a nice way to finish the week.

Also a thank you to for this photo taken at IWD event - I finally got round to downloading it! Really grateful to both for the opportunity to have a lovely pic taken.

I’m quieter on here when it comes to sharing what I’m up to… but very much still here, I’m just freeing myself a bit more of not being on here as an extra full time job as I don’t think that’s great for me. I’m still doing what I love seeing clients and feeling grateful for it and will always try and share what I can and what might be helpful whilst managing what I want social media to be for me.

Happy weekend!

Thriving With Colour in Portugal!! Home today from an amazing and rejuvenating reset for 9 days. Fantastic time back in Lisbon for 2 days and our third time at always reminded of importance of our own self care and investing in our health.

🍊Juicy days looked like daily walking, pickleball, yoga, fresh varied juice, fitness, rebounding, nature and connection with lovely people. Plus a successful insta digital detox for me!!! Most pics only taken first thing on the walk not during full activity mode.

🌆 Lisbon days were spent exploring again as a return visitor, healthy (mainly) food with some wine, exploring some shops with the best Zara in my opinion (layout views stock all fab!), views and soaking in the blue skies and sun in the lovely city!

🐣 Easing back into today and actually don’t want to eat chocolate today! (You feel like you want to keep that healthy feeling going as long as possible!) look forward to a full week of clients from Tuesday feeling ready to spring into action!

Happy Easter whatever you’re up to xx

A lovely moment today. I picked up my copy of The Career Confidence Toolkit for Women by career development professional and L&D specialist …

…and it feels especially meaningful knowing I was invited to contribute, alongside such a brilliant group of powerhouse women in their fields 💪💛

It’s a practical, empowering resource supporting women to build confidence, clarity and long-term career success - covering everything from identity and imposter syndrome to planning and legacy. A brilliant read for coaches, HR and career professionals.

So grateful to be part of a project so closely aligned with the work I do - supporting purpose-led professional women.

One of my quotes is featured in the book too (shown in the photo) alongside the author herself here!!

Caroline, thank you for asking me to contribute and huge congratulations on a fantastic book. (Oh And I love the final design and colours - strong, modern and uplifting!)

I’ve been quiet on here again recently, as I honestly find the growing digital world a little overstimulating and overwhelming at times…But busy helping women (colleges, groups and organisations) thrive in real life and I do love sharing so will keep showing up in a way that feels right and true to me and hopefully helpful to you. ✨💛

✨A brand and bio refresh for the next chapter ✨
Thrive With Colour 2.0! My business has evolved and so has the way I work.

The clients I see and the conversations I have often move beyond just what we wear, into how we live, lead and show up and that’s in part what this evolution reflects.

This new phase has a clear focus:

🩷 Supporting purpose-led female professionals and founders navigating change - whether that’s a shift in role, leadership, identity, confidence, body or direction, or simply a sense that who you are on the inside isn’t quite matched with how you’re showing up on the outside.

✨ The women I work with are:
• Talented and capable, heart-centred.
• Often successful, but quietly
unsure or out of alignment
• Ready to step more boldly and
authentically and unapologetically
into their next phase
• Wanting to feel confident, clear
and at ease in how they show up

🧠 My background:
I spent 20 years before this in corporate HR and other roles coaching people through change in their work and lives. I know what it’s like to have to show up, be visible and credible while navigating your own internal shifts and mindset.

🌈 My approach:
This work brings those worlds together more closely - colour and style woven with psychology, values and identity, so the change isn’t just external, it’s embodied.

🤍 How I work:
1:1 / groups and corporate sessions supporting confidence, clarity and aligned presence.

🔍 What I’ll be sharing more of:
• Ways you can work with me
• Purpose-led brands I love
• Mindful ways to shop
• Practical wardrobe and styling tips and of
course how colour can help you thrive!

If this sounds like you, I’d love to chat - you’re very welcome to book a call via the link in my bio.

And if it’s not quite you right now, you’re still very welcome here. I’ll be sharing plenty of useful, thoughtful styling content - just with a little more focus and deeper intention.

Huge thanks to for helping bring this visual identity to life.
