Colour analysis training offered in person in Wokingham and London

Tonight’s look for a colour evening at a very swanky corporate dinner in a beautiful London museum ✨

I always think about the setting and the people in the room when I’m dressing for events like this. If the dress code leans elegant, I meet it there—but in a way that still feels like me.

This time, that means romantic dressing (my comfort zone, always). A new dress, structured slightly with a fitted blazer from Vila, navy boots from Marks & Spencer, and my faithful Tiffany heart necklace finishing it off.

Smart, considered, and still soft.

Because blending in is never the goal—but feeling like you belong in the room is.

My favourite style hack as a size 16-18 to look slimmer?
Is that I stopped trying to look slimmer.

For years I followed all the rules. No stripes. No bare arms. Black everything. Never tuck in. Definitely no belt. Hide the bits that wobble. Minimise. Disguise. Shrink.
And I was exhausted by it.

Because here’s what nobody tells you — all of those “rules” are built on the assumption that your body is a problem to be solved. That smaller is better. That the goal of getting dressed is to look like less of yourself.

I don’t believe that anymore.

Now I wear colours that actually suit my natural colouring. I wear what suits my personality. I tuck things in. I wear a belt. I wear stripes. I let my arms out. I embrace every curve, every lump, every bump — because they’re mine and they’re not going anywhere.

And I look — and feel — a thousand times better than I ever did when I was trying to disappear.

Style isn’t about hiding. It’s about showing up as yourself, fully, in the body you’re actually in right now.

Done with dressing to look smaller?
Same.

A man shouted at me from his van last week week. Called me fat.

And honestly? It didn’t break me like it once would have.

A stranger can shout about my body all he likes but here’s what I’ve learned, after years of working with women who’ve spent too long believing their body is the problem to be solved:

It was never the problem.

Style isn’t about hiding or shrinking or creating the “right” illusion.

It’s about getting dressed and feeling like yourself — fully, unapologetically, in the body you’re actually in right now.

That man was banking on me being ashamed.

I didn’t give him that.

And neither should you. 💛

Save this if you need the reminder today.

On 17th October, I’ll be co-hosting a beautiful, intimate workshop called “Still You: Finding Confidence Through Perimenopause & Menopause” alongside two incredible women — Elaine, a nutritional therapist and Nicola, a confidence coach.

This isn’t a clinical session or anything overwhelming… it’s a supportive, real, honest space to help you:

* Understand what’s happening in your body
* Feel more like yourself again
* Rebuild your confidence (in a way that actually feels doable)

I’ll be bringing in the style and colour side of things — simple, gentle ways to feel more you again when everything feels like it’s shifting.

✨ It’s in person in central Wokingham
✨ light Lunch is included (so it’s a proper little reset moment for you)
✨ And we’ve kept it intentionally small so it feels relaxed and personal

There are 5 early bird spaces left at £25, then it goes up to £30.

If this is a season you’re navigating right now — or you just feel a bit “off” and not quite yourself — this could be a really lovely thing to gift yourself.

Easter Sunday GRWM

Morning rituals whenever I have the time (which isn’t every day!) - skincare, SPF, electrolytes, collagen in my coffee, and a candle lit.

As a bright winter, I’m leaning all the way into colour - bright shades near the face, and of course, a bold lip.

Which brings me to my top tip for my fellow bright seasons: nothing will ever be too bright for you. Seriously. Once it’s on, it works. So go as bold as you dare.

Accessories are everything with this outfit - and honestly, I loved this look so much I had to photograph it.

That’s my other little tip: if you put something on and love it, photograph it. You can repeat it, rework it, swap the accessories, change the bag - and slowly you start to build a real picture of your style foundation.

Thinking about training in colour analysis… but not quite sure where to start?

Join me live tomorrow at 8pm where I’ll be talking honestly about what it’s really like to train, build a business, and actually make this work in real life.

We’ll cover:
• What makes my course different
• What it’s like to run a colour analysis business
• Building this alongside a full-time job
• What it actually takes to be successful

I’ll also be joined by friends and peers in the industry, so you’ll get a really open, behind-the-scenes conversation.

If you’ve got questions, pop them in the comments below.

Nothing is off limits — ask me anything.

And if you’re even slightly curious about this as a career… come and listen in.

Just a handful of the highlights from March! Thank you for being with me on this journey, every milestone feels so exciting and I cannot wait to see what April brings for me and the wonderful new stylists who’ve just finished their courses.

Three weeks ago, my latest group of students completed their colour analysis training…

And what they’ve achieved since then? Honestly, it’s been incredible to watch.

They’re not sitting on the sidelines wondering where to start.
They’re not second-guessing themselves.
They’re not waiting until they feel “ready”.

They’re out there. Practising. Booking clients. Building momentum.

That’s the difference.

I get messages in my DMs almost daily from people who’ve trained elsewhere and still don’t feel confident enough to begin. And that’s exactly why I’ve built my course the way I have — with real support, real experience, and real confidence built in.

Because you don’t just need information… you need to know how to actually do this.

So if you’re thinking about turning this into a career, or adding it to your existing business, come and have a chat with me.

Let’s make sure you start this properly 🤍

I hear this all the time…
“Isn’t colour analysis really restrictive?”

That you’ll be given a tiny handful of colours…
That you won’t be able to wear the colours you love…

But the reality? It’s actually the opposite.

Colour analysis opens things up.

Most people who come to see me are wearing fewer than five colours on repeat (and you probably don’t even realise you’re doing it).

Whereas after your appointment?
You leave knowing around 30 colours that work brilliantly on you.
30.

Not just that — you also understand why they work, how to combine them, and what to avoid.

Take a look at this reel — I’m a Bright Winter and I’m wearing a full mix:
Darks, lights, and yes… plenty of bright colour too.

It’s not limiting — it’s giving you options, clarity, and confidence in what you’re choosing.

And over time? It saves you money.
Because you stop buying pieces that never quite feel right…
and start building a wardrobe where everything works together.

So if you’ve been thinking colour analysis might be restrictive…
have a look in your wardrobe first 👀

You might be more restricted than you think.
