Recent logo design for “The Counselling Coach”

“Absolutely love my new logo! Thanks to the very talented Bethany Derbidge. Let me know if you’d like her details to create something amazing for your business!

Bethany chose to focus on colours that reflect the ethos of The Counselling Coach.
Blues - Creativity & Trust.
Violets / Purples - Inspiration, Helping Others & Creativity.
Greens - Life, Growth & Well-being.

My aim is to promote awareness of Invisible Illness & remove stigma. There can be judgements made due to others not being able to see the disability. As someone who has lived with chronic illness for many years now, there can be so much guilt & shame. Guilt for not being who I was, guilt for not being the Mum I was, or the friend I was. Shame tends to be felt when we think of the judgements of others. Feeling that nobody believes you because ‘you look fine!’ makes the guilt intensify. It can feel like you’re battling the world for recognition, and it can feel so lonely & isolating.

Raising awareness & educating professionals can help to lessen this, and the more others understand, the more compassion can be shown & experienced.
When something isn’t tangible it’s really hard to understand. When the medical profession are often confused - it’s understandable that others are! But, my only request is this - if someone you know or love is living with invisible illness - believe them, accept them & understand how hard it can be for them. They’ll be missing who they ‘were’ much more than you 🧡” - The Counselling Coach
