In town today between meetings and needed somewhere to get a bit of work done, so I headed to ROOMS above the Guildbourne Centre.

You can book a half-day workspace with a desk, Wi-Fi, lighting and power, plus free tea and coffee and even printing if you need it.

Really handy when you need somewhere to work between meetings without heading all the way home Rooms.

Fantastic day at Worthing Rotary Carnival yesterday. Proud to have played a small part in this year’s carnival, with my clients supplying the water and sponsoring the parade.

Well done to everyone involved in making it happen – such a fantastic turnout for Worthing and great to see so many people supporting it

Great morning attending the West Sussex Dementia Network Steering Group at Merriman Grange Care Home.

The group brings together people and organisations working across West Sussex to share updates, discuss dementia services and look at how we can work together to better support people living with dementia and their families.

Today’s discussions included the recent Shoreham Open Meeting, the SPFT Dementia Strategy, plans for the next Open Meeting at Waterhaven Place in Chichester and the group’s Terms of Reference.

A big thank you to Merriman Grange for hosting us and for the warm welcome
