Last week on Thursday, Louise was back at Barclays Eagle Labs in Shoreditch celebrating the incredible women recognised at the 3rd International Womenās Day Exceptional Achievement AwardsāØ
Two years ago, she was lucky enough to win one of these awards herself, something sheās still hugely proud of. Since then, the support from the Eagle Labs community has genuinely helped her business grow.
Last year she was invited back to speak on the panelā¦ and this year she returned again, cheering from the audience as more brilliant female founders received the recognition they deserveš„
"One of the best parts of the evening was catching up with Katie Neck and Pamela Aculey. We were all there together two years ago, so seeing how their businesses have grown since then was fantastic."
The audience also heard from Karen Carney OBE, former England footballer, Olympian, broadcaster and all-round powerhouse. Her reflections on resilience, pressure and leadership were incredibly inspiring. (And yesā¦ a Strictly champion too.)
