Are your fee-earners too buried in client work to think about marketing?

It's one of the most common situations we see. Professional services firms are full of genuinely talented people, but billing targets and a full caseload leave very little room for anything else. Business development becomes the thing everyone agrees is important and nobody has time for. The website goes stale, the LinkedIn posts dry up, and good ideas never make it past the "we should really do that!" stage.

And of course, we completely understand. When a client deadline is in front of you, it will always win out over writing an article or planning a campaign. The problem is that marketing then only happens in the quiet weeks (which, for most busy firms, never quite arrive!).
