📦 We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager – Oswestry

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our day-to-day warehouse operation and help drive performance, efficiency, safety, and team development.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, on time, and in full. You’ll lead warehouse supervisors and operatives, manage performance against KPIs, support stock accuracy, promote strong Health & Safety standards, and help improve processes as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Managing daily warehouse operations
✅ Leading, coaching, and developing the warehouse team
✅ Planning labour and resources around demand
✅ Driving productivity, accuracy, and housekeeping standards
✅ Supporting stock control, compliance, and continuous improvement
✅ Working closely with Operations, Account Managers, and Directors
We’re looking for someone with proven warehouse leadership experience, strong people management skills, and a practical, proactive approach. Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, or high-volume fulfilment environments would be a bonus.
📍 Location: Oswestry
💷 Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Oswestry
Employment Type: Full-time, but with the option of some flexibility for the right candidate who perhaps needs to work school hours.

At Elevation, we are a dynamic Amazon marketing agency with a passion for devising innovative strategies that help our clients stand out on the Amazon Marketplace. We work with brands of all sizes to deliver high growth and brand awareness. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant who is eager to develop their skills and take their career to the next level.

The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with some hands-on marketing experience who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility. In this role, you will support our directors across various projects, from social media campaigns to content creation, promoting our agency to manufacturers and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for lead generation on social media (particularly LinkedIn) and email
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create and curate content for social media, blogs, and websites
• Assist with reporting and analytics to measure the performance of marketing efforts
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors as needed
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in marketing
• A keen interest in growing your career in marketing showing clear impact
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

NEW SCHOOL/CHILD FRIENDLY JOBS AVAILABLE - Earn a little extra for Christmas

-Hours to suit your lifestyle between 7am-7pm

-Must be able to work 15 hours a week until Christmas

-Possibility of working hours such as 9am -2:30pm to work around school hours

-Picking and packing mainly Calendars and Christmas Cards

-Weekly pay available (Paid the following Friday)

-Oswestry town location (Right next to the Recycling Centre/Tip)

-Immediate starts required through till at least Christmas with some roles ongoing

-Hours available Sunday-Friday (Currently closed Saturdays) but you can let us know what days work for you

- Sunday only posts also available 16+

Immediate paid trial days available. Min wage and potential to earn £1.50 per hour extra for exceeding pick targets. Overtime also available morning and evenings.
