3 Months into 2026 already! This year has got off to a surprisingly busy start and it’s so great to see so many of our artists maintaining the momentum with their artworks. We mentioned in our previous post that we’ve been working on lots behind the scenes, we are very excited to share these with you. These are all initiatives that will enhance your Art4site Ltd experience, we will be rolling these out gradually so keep your eyes peeled. 👀 More to be revealed very very soon!

To start with, we have now introduced an accessible appointment booking portal. Discover the convenience of our new online calendar, designed to streamline the appointment booking process. Whether you need a same-day scanning appointment, wish to drop off artwork, or want to discuss your next project with our team, scheduling has never been easier. Embrace this seamless way to organise your creative needs with just a few clicks. Many more initiatives are underway behind the scenes to enhance your experience, allowing you to focus on your passion as an artist.

We have been SOO busy the last few months. It might even be our busiest winter we’ve had yet? It has definitely been our favourite year to date. A big THANK YOU to all in our community of talented artists who has visited us, placed orders and supported us. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to grow as a business, invest in new technology and sponsor so many fantastic local exhibitions and art shows.

We have been reflecting back on 2025 and what a year its been! Not only have we had the privilege of collaborating with so many of our existing patrons on wide variety of projects, we’ve also had the pleasure of meeting and supporting many new creatives at the start of their journey into the reproduction of their artworks.
 We are also so proud to share that we have reached a new milestone this year of 200 Five-star Google reviews! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐   Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to leave such thoughtful and positive feedback. Sharing your experience of Art4site makes a huge difference to us as an independent small business, and it has been truly wonderful to see the hard work and dedication of our small but mighty team recognised in your comments.
 Despite how busy the year has been, we were also fortunate to enjoy a team day out in London visiting the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, where we even spotted artworks by some of our own artists on the walls. A moment of real pride for us all. 
Already we have a lot we are working on behind the scenes at Art4site for 2026 and we are so excited to reveal these to you in the new year as they are set in motion. Several new initiatives that will further enhance our services and benefit you as an artist to support your creative endeavours!  
But for now, we would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of the Art4site team! We look forward to seeing your faces and artwork again in the new year. Our studio closes on December 23rd and we will be back open 5th January for all your exciting endeavours that 2026 will bring.

Some of us may not want to hear the C word... but.... It is NOT too early to be printing Christmas cards! If you’ve visited our studio lately, you might have noticed our brand-new printer sitting proudly in the main studio space! 
Featured here is Gary Hodges’ stunningly detailed pencil drawing of ‘The Power of Love’ being printed on Hahnemühle’s German Etching paper using our latest printer. 
The artist has kindly donated these limited edition Giclee reproductions to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a charity who work to protect animals in the wild such as Nairobi where these orphaned elephants were beautifully drawn in 1991. The original drawing was scanned here at Art4site, where our scanners adeptly capture each delicate pencil stroke by Gary. The top tier scan, combined with the museum grade Hahnemühle paper results in faithful reproductions of Gary Hodges’ pencil masterpieces. 
The print quality matches our current models, so rest assured, we continue to deliver consistently high-quality results. This new printer allows us to handle more orders simultaneously to accommodate our ever-growing community of artists using our services. It is also designed with ergonomics in mind and is more environmentally friendly, featuring larger ink cartridge capacities which reduces plastic waste. Additionally, we can now accommodate wider rolls of paper, which means our customers are no longer restricted to our previous 44-inch rolls.

We were so delighted to receive Anna’s original paintings in the post for scanning! Anna originally supplied her own files of her artwork from scanning at home and it was one thing marvelling at the details on the screen but to see them in person was truly captivating. If you haven’t already come across Anna Neima’s work before, Anna paints beautiful family scenes in Gouache, you can immediately feel the calm and wholesome atmosphere radiating from the paint.

Anna Neima - ‘I paint finely detailed gouache pieces. For a long time I’ve scanned them at home to reproduce as prints and have been frustrated with the lack of colour accuracy and the slight blurring of the fine details. I decided to try Art4site’s scanning service and I’ve been very impressed. I am barely able to tell the difference between the original painting and the giclee print. Much recommended’

Although home scanners can scan at 300dpi (desired resolution to print), the optics in our professional flatbed scanners are able to record at a much higher quality resulting in a higher clarity scan. This delightful tiger portrait ‘Happy’ by Robert Buchanan is printed on Hahnemuhle’s fine art Matt Paper, Museum Etching. Originally scanned on site using our highly sharp and calibrated scanners, capturing every intentional pencil mark and strokes by Rob in his original drawing.

Robert’s detailed monochrome drawings beautifully compliment the Museum Etching paper, the subtle texture lifts the details and yet the softness of the surface retains the emotive atmosphere in the artwork.

Robert Buchanan is a contemporary artist with a passion for both wildlife and art. Rob is also the founder of Buchanan Art, a community of artists; designers; and creators, providing opportunity for artists’ to supply artwork to projects within the UK

Happy New Year! At Art4site Ltd, we’re thrilled about some exciting developments behind the scenes, including some upcoming new additions in our studio!

In the meantime to celebrate the arrival of 2025, we are delighted to introduce a New Year Delivery Promotion, active until January 31st, 2025.

During this period, enjoy FREE shipping via Royal Mail Economy on applicable orders* as an alternative to our standard next-day delivery with DPD.

Additionally, our usual next-day DPD service is available at half the regular cost! (Normally £10 +VAT) Including 1 hour time slots and real-time tracking.

By default, we’ll dispatch orders using DPD’s next-day service, but if you prefer your order to be delivered by Royal Mail, please indicate this when submitting your order.

How adorable is this greeting card design, a Lino Cut by Janice Franklin. Janice sends us her original Lino artwork in for scanning to then create greeting cards. We are absolutely loving this design sent in for this year’s Christmas card. It has been wonderful seeing all of this year’s new Christmas card designs bringing the festive spirit into the studio

It’s been a whirlwind of activity in the studio these past few months, and we couldn’t be more grateful. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been ordering prints, greeting cards and brought artwork in for scanning!

We are still open as usual this week with Friday being the last day for DPD despatch (before 3pm). With next day delivery, you can still have any last minute prints being delivered on Monday 23rd if you get your order in soon enough!
