Shoreditch White printed assets ✅ business/loyalty card and sneak peak at their menus!
As a cafe/coffee shop a loyalty scheme is a must! Inline with the brand guidelines we created, the consistent simplistic grid theme was continued! The overall design is very modern and definitely has that urban/London edge.
Ideally these cards will be printed with a spot gloss finish on the logo which will give them a really professional outcome.

Introducing: Shoreditch White
A cafe based in Taunton with a vision of incorporating its Somerset and London routes. Inspired by Soho London’s iconic branding, we looked to create something which had an urban edge yet modern approach. This has been achieved with the custom typographic changes in the ‘E’ to resemble an urban/brick feel. The grid is another element of this which is used across the branding.
Another part of this brief was to implement an iconic ‘avatar’ which can be stamped onto loyalty cards, tote bags, coffee cups and more....
Shoreditch White is originally a cider apple, so in keeping with the geometric style of the branding I created an abstract impression of this. The leaf can also represent heart, life and fresh ingredients.
It was a pleasure working with Mark from and there’s a lot more to come with this so keep your eyes peeled every day.

Printed assets, the last part to the project. I love editorial and print work so it was great to express some of this through this project. These are simplistic/self explanatory instructions for the use of the product. They had to represent the gender neutral core of depuff. Therefore I illustrated a neutral facial outline, whilst maintaining the monotone brand guidelines we set out. It was also important to keep the luxury aspect which I feel we’ve achieved nicely.

Luxury Product Design for
This is the second part of the project helping establish this unique packaging, working with the suppliers and . Brand consistency was key to this, keeping the simplicity and monotone colour scheme. It’s easy to go over board and add unnecessary elements, however to capture the essence of luxury we used premium fabrics/materials and exploited the use of space. This helps the logo stand out but also appeals to a wide target market, in keeping with the gender neutral theme.

It’s about time I featured this on my grid, .may based in Frome!
I love the subtle yellow and pastel navy blues used throughout this branding. Colours that really enhance the look of elegance. My illustration of a cake is nothing on the bakes that Jennifer creates, however it’s the perfect icon to visualise the brands style.
This is just her main logo transferred across the chosen colour schemes, to show how transparent the branding is, looking good on any backdrop.

When the suns out get a picture of your business cards 📸

I’m sure I’m not the only one that does this, you’ve just got to make use of that good lighting! Hopefully fellow designers can relate with me.

However, business cards are so important and one day soon, we will come out of this lockdown...
So why don’t you use this precious time to invest and improve your branding assets/stationary. There is nothing more powerful than personally handing someone a business card, as apposed to dropping them a DM or mail regarding your services.

Printed with I highly recommend them with their quality of print and very reasonable prices.

This is why I do my job!

I will keep this short and simple, responses like this from clients really push me forward, they justify the hours and hard work you have put into your work. It’s important to show case your feedback as it helps build trust with new and existing clients, that you’re the right designer for them.
Don’t be afraid to show off your achievements!

Going into 2021 with a breath of fresh air!

I can’t wait to start this year, my goal is to really home in on my graphic style and present this across my social media and online platforms. You will see more of my photography and countryside settings, which is the inspiration to a lot of my work as I’m based in sleepy Somerset. 2021 is a year we will all hopefully come together and re group!

I can’t wait to work with more lovely male and female orientated businesses. I am currently booked for most of January but please enquire if you’re looking to kick start this year with a new image!

Climbing out of 2020 like ....

Who else can’t wait to see the back of these masks in 2021 ?
Let’s hope 2021 brings back normality, as the NHS tirelessly issue out the new vaccine which will hopefully save thousands of lives!
I can’t thank enough the effort they have put in, being the front line of work throughout this pandemic.
I didn’t want to follow the general trend of seeing us through to 2021, so here is something a little different that I hope you can giggle about! There’s not a better character to best represent 2020 than the grinch.

Paradise beach cafe. A passion project I’ve been working on to showcase my design style. Hopefully this is a more upbeat post to brighten your day during these tough times. Reminisce the days abroad with a cocktail in your hand!

This was one of my favourite projects, working alongside the lovely .may to create branding that represented her bespoke/luxury baking. Patisserie May is based in Frome so you must check her out if you’re local to Somerset. The floral details were taken as inspiration from the website and used across the Thankyou cards which I can’t wait to show you guys !
