As an all-female team, we feel incredibly grateful to work in a space where every voice is truly heard and every contribution genuinely matters. We bring our story, our strength, and our spark and it’s those unique journeys that make our team so special.

We see the magic that happens when women champion one another. Through mentoring, collaboration, and everyday moments of support, we lift each other higher. Even while working remotely, our daily check-ins and regular meet-ups are anchors in our week, spaces to connect, laugh, celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and remind one another that we’re never doing this alone. Because when one of us grows, we all grow.

It's not every day that you see a tank outside a hotel!

We're in the heart of historic today coordinating PR for our client the White Hart Hotel, as its Tank Room receives World Origin Site Status.

Rachel is on the ground and busy looking after radio and TV, after weeks of planning by the hotel team and our PR Associate Emma Farley.

TV personality, Guy Martin, was there to mark the special event with his replica full-size WW1 tank, Deborah II, and unveiled a World Origin Site plaque for the Tank Room outside the Hotel, to commemorate the room where the first military tank was conceived 110 years ago in 1915.

The importance of the historic site has been acknowledged by the accreditation of World Origin Site status, following a rigorous certification process confirming the site’s authenticity.

We are delighted to have been able to secure such coverage on behalf of the hotel, which is steeped in 700 years of history.

We had a lovely PR win in The Press in York last week for our long-standing client Hethertons, who helped a couple relocating to North Yorkshire from the US to secure their dream business in 200-year-old The Tea Cottage on the Bolton Abbey Estate.

Not just for a brew with a view, they offer pizzas, pasties, poached eggs, plus plenty more! It's definitely on our must-visit list before the summer is out.

Yesterday evening, we were delighted to support the launch of Woodhouse Grange Cricket Club’s first ever women’s cricket team — and even prouder to be sponsoring them as they begin this exciting new chapter.

This highly successful club has four men’s cricket teams and has made an incredible impact on so many young people in our community during it’s 80 plus year history.

Now, it’s fantastic to see that same energy and opportunity being extended to women and girls. We can’t wait to cheer this team on as they build their skills, their confidence, and their love for the game.

A huge congratulations to everyone at the club who made this happen!

It's time for our May roundup! 📸

We welcomed our newest member Zara to Intandem, hosted a Tik Tok for Business workshop with Platform, visited Ambers Restaurant for a content day (exciting things coming soon 👀), attended Ryde's first Connect event where we heard insights from high performance coach James Lavelle, and cheered on ISF York from the sidelines as they finished off their 874-mile cycle!

This year, our long-term client, York-based ISF York are celebrating an amazing 35 years of business!

To mark the anniversary, their team are aiming to raise £3,500 for two charities, Macmillan Cancer Support & St Leonard's Hospice by completing two challenges.

They’ve kicked off their first challenge today at their York workshop, cycling the equivalent of Lands End to John O’Groats, which is a total of 874 miles! For this challenge they are fundraising for Macmillan cause which is close to their heart.
