Landing at a Tesco near you...

Our design team created this cinematic film to celebrate the new Llaeth Y Llan (Village Dairy) kefir drink landing in Tesco stores.

From storyboard to screen, the team combined creative direction, motion design and AI-assisted production to bring bottles to life and have them make their own way to Tesco.

“Traditionally, creating something like this would have needed a large production budget, extensive VFX work and a lot of time,” says designer Andy. “AI allowed us to produce ambitious visuals in a cost-effective and efficient way.”

The film is a great example of how AI can support creative production – not replacing ideas, but helping bring otherwise impossible concepts to life within realistic budgets and timelines.

We’re still riding high in the Agency51 office after our Wembley win at the Commerce awards. But the night was extra sweet as we saw our clients Regal Fish scoop an award too.

The online fishmonger netted the Emerging Innovator Award which recognises businesses showing exceptional early-stage momentum. It celebrates brands that haven’t just grown fast but have built the right foundations from day one and we’re thrilled to have been part of the journey.

In 2023, we designed and developed Regal Fish’s BigCommerce site, creating a scalable ecommerce foundation built for growth. The project focused on delivering a streamlined, conversion-led customer experience supported by a robust, performance-driven platform that could scale alongside the business.

Since launch, Regal Fish has gone from strength to strength, and this award is a clear reflection of that trajectory.

Pop-ups sometimes get a bad reputation but when used properly, the results speak for themselves. Because from our experience, the pop-up outperforms an embedded form time after time.

Let’s take a look at the numbers.

Our client had an established mailing list fed by an embedded sign-up form on the website footer. We installed a fully designed automated pop up with a 5% first time buyers’ incentive. The impact over a 5-month period was huge.

📈 94% of new subscribers came through the pop-up

📈 The pop-up had 1567% increase in submit rate compared to embedded form

📈 It generated 16x more revenue than the embedded form

📈 And it accounted for 5% of revenue from a five-month period
