Now for something more traditional for the biscotti, just plain Almond ones. But I kid you not when they are freshly baked they smell absolutely incredible. Perfect for snaking or for even an after dinner treat with a lovely Vin Santo! Buonissimo 😋

Buongiorno a voi tutti! Another busy day for me this morning, a big order to do for this weekend. So I’m starting it off with some beautifully decadent Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Biscotti. These taste incredible and if you’re a chocoholic like myself then this will definitely go down well with a nice Italian coffee or sweet wine.
More pictures to follow if some other biscotti I’ll be making. Also some new additions of biscotti, they won’t be sweet but savoury. Keep an eye out for further updates. Ciao for now 👍

So these are a new flavour of biscotti that I’ve made today, now the combination might sound strange or very sweet, but I can assure you they are neither of those! These are Pineapple, White Chocolate and Walnut, these are delicious and so yummy the smell is amazing, it’s hard to not eat them all. But I’ve resisted temptation to eat them 😂😂

Buongiorno a tutti. So I’ve got some news to share with you all and that is you can now place an order online for my biscuits, all varieties are available to order. All you need to do is go onto www.bigbarn.co.uk and then click on the search button and type in the postcode which is YO62 6QR and then you will see my store on there and then you will be able to place an order of any type of biscotti, all the information is available on my online store. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of when the order was placed. I hope to see many orders coming in from you lovely people. More posts to follow shortly! So arrivederci for now 😁

Buongiorno a tutti! Here we have it the finished products for a client of ours who requested these, I have to say I’m pleased with the way they turned out and the taste is wonderful, just like how they would make it in Italy! Perfect for a nice quick breakfast and with a cup of Italian coffee or even a good cup of tea would go down well with these. Sorry if I’m making you hungry 🇮🇹😂

Buonissimo! Honestly I’m being transported to Italy to a pasticceria near the beach, the smell when these are cooking is incredible, brings back so many good memories with the family. Haven’t made these in a while but a client wanted them so here we have it. Sfogliatelle, Babà, Cannoli (being filled tomorrow) and one that’s not on here is a Zupetta Napoletano.
