Freshly pressed cocoa butter: cocoa beans were pressed at 40 degrees celcius, filtered and bottled. butter will solidify at room temperature.
the cocoa ripened cocoa pods will be harvested of the tree and cracked open. The beans will extracted, formented and sun-dried. They will then be parched to allow the easy removal of the outer bean coating. The shelled beans will then be fanned to remove extra debris then pressed at 40 degrees celcius to extract the oil, which is then left to settle, filtered, bottled and bottled
