Production Manager
Location: Poti
Job schedule: Full-time
Business travel: Yes
Requirements:
** Education: Bachelor
** Experience: 3 - 5 years
** Languages: English, Georgian, Russian.
Responsibilities:
** He/she will report to the Plant Manager
** He/she must have experience from manufacturing factory.
** He/she will be requested to travel often to Suzhou China for training and operation management
** He/she needs knowledge of production with toolings either injection molding, diecasting, stamping, sintering or any other manufacturing process.
** He/she needs be familiar with ISO-9000 and preferably ISO-TS or TUV.
** He/she needs be familiar with modern techniques of production management like, lean manufacturing, one-piece-flow, continuous-improvement and terms like Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S.
** He/she needs be familiar with production cost accounting
** He/she needs be fluent in both spoken and written English
** He/she needs be highly self-disciplined and with a strong leadership
** He/she needs be highly self-motivated, with strong problem-solving capacity with yes-we-can attitude and able to work with high pressure on multi-tasking targets.
** Can manage the people/ labor force.
** Mechanical engineer would have advantage.
