Over the past 10 months, we ran a large-scale advertising campaign for one of the largest restaurant groups in St. Petersburg — «Eurasia.» The challenge was not easy: measuring offline conversions — in other words, how advertising influences restaurant visits.

— The «Eurasia» loyalty program with more than 2 million cards
— A CRM system that stores all guest data
— An offer: 150 bonus rubles for subscribing to social media (VK, Telegram, and TikTok)

Target audience:

Wrapping Up the Year: If anyone knows how to count beyond CTR, it’s us.

This year at AdsTarget has been nothing short of incredible! But among all the wins and achievements, there’s one that warms our hearts more than skyrocketing conversion rates — we finally got to meet (almost) the whole team in person.

Our remote crew traveled from all corners of the world to St. Petersburg. The occasion? Of course, a corporate gathering! We dove into the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (but more on that later) and even organized a creative photoshoot. After all, we couldn’t miss the chance to update our VK avatars and create memories beyond bar receipts from St. Pete’s legendary nightlife.

Updating the website is not just a matter of aesthetics but also functionality. We pay attention to every aspect, from analyzing user experience to integrating modern technologies. This not only improves interaction with customers but also increases conversions.

In the process of working with Welton Hotel & Apartments, we gained valuable lessons. First, it is important to consider user feedback at all stages of the redesign. This ensures more targeted improvements and takes into account the preferences of the target audience.

Secondly, we must remember mobile responsiveness. In the face of growing mobile traffic, it is impossible to ignore users accessing the site from various devices. We ensured that all elements are displayed correctly on smartphones and tablets, significantly enhancing the user experience.

Additionally, we created a separate tab dedicated to the hotel’s restaurant. This decision was made to provide users with the opportunity to learn about the menu, prices, and special offers of the establishment. The tab includes sections with photos of dishes and guest reviews, helping to create a more complete picture of the dining experience offered at Welton.

As a result of the work we conducted, we created not only a visually appealing website but also a functional tool for the business. It has become easier to use, more accurately reflects the brand’s image, and consequently contributes to attracting new customers. 1715 Duplex Hotel is a cozy place to relax in the heart of St. Petersburg, located in a historic building. Each room has two levels: the first floor is equipped with all the conveniences for active leisure, while the second floor offers comfort for sleep.

We focused on domestic tourism and created not only posts about our hotel but also a lot of interesting content about St. Petersburg. We shared exciting routes, wrote about restaurants, and highlighted places associated with famous writers and poets. These posts received many saves and likes. We also collaborated with bloggers, including well-known ones, who helped us achieve full occupancy for several months.

Being a friendly hotel, we involved our friends—actors, designers, photographers, and other creative individuals—in creating content. Everything was done out of pure enthusiasm, with no money involved, just the genuine emotions of our actual guests at 1715. This became our “highlight,” as it allowed us to realize ideas without resorting to deceit. Our followers always responded warmly to the content we created.

Everyone says, "A proper brand image builds trust," but is that true? Customers go for the product and services, not a pretty picture, so why bother?🤷🏻‍♀️

☝🏼We've prepared a list of tips to help you relax and stop worrying about your image:

1. Branding is just a marketing tale. Colors, fonts, and illustrations tailored and developed specifically for you are a waste of money. Your customers will notice and recognize you even among a sea of diverse brands. And those who can't, simply aren't your target audience.
2. Collaborations and partnerships are also unnecessary. Why attract attention using other people? Your followers should only see you, you, and you. You don't need someone else's audience, you have your own, and that's enough.
3. There's no need to engage with your subscribers. You have 500, 1000, or even more, but you're just one person! Imagine the amount of time it would take to go through DM, comments, and tags. Once you respond, there's no escaping...
