Tolerance tester
Designed by me (Files on Thingiverse)
Each pin is printed in place in the block and each has a different sized gap between the pin and the block (from 0.5 to 0.1 in the first block and 0.2 to 0.12mm)
This is used to find the minimum tolerance that your printer can handle as a test of quality of the machine and a guide on what tolerances to use whilst designing.
My printer managed 0.14mm tolerance which seems very good!

Arrow pen
One of my arrows cracked so was unusable so I decided to turn it into a pen utilising 3D printing
I cut the shaft with a Dremel tool and then printed an insert to fit a BiC pen refil into the shaft in Prusament Galaxy Silver PLA
