A quick update from the Fitzgeralds team 🤍

Please note that the shop will be closed this week while some of our team enjoy a well-earned break, and the rest of us are busy behind the scenes catching up on printing orders, capturing portraits and other projects.

We'll be back open as normal on Monday 17th August.

You can still place printing orders online anytime at fitzlab.com and all orders wil be processed from Monday 17th August.

It's the perfect opportunity to give our website a try! You'll find great prices, it's quick and easy to use, and you can order your prints from the comfort of your own home.

Fitzgeralds' Favourite Job of July 🤍

July has been filled with boxes and boxes of treasured family photographs arriving at the studio, ready to be scanned and digitally preserved for future generations.

We've also had the pleasure of bringing old slides and film back to life - uncovering moments that may not have been seen for decades!

Perhaps everyone's having a summer attic clear-out! 📦📸

Whatever the reason, we absolutely love helping preserve these irreplaceable memories, ensuring they're safe, easy to share and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

A quick update from the Fitzgeralds team ⏰

From this week onwards, we'll be closed on Thursdays.

We'll also be taking a short break from Monday 10th August to Friday 14th August to catch up on online printing orders, behind-the-scenes work and a little summer recharge.

This helps us continue providing the friendly, high-quality service that Fitzgeralds is known for.

We'll be back open on Monday 17th August and look forward to welcoming you then!

Another fantastic Carey Olsen Summer Party! ☀️

Every year we're reminded that corporate events don't have to be all speeches and formalities. This one was packed with laughter, friendly competition and plenty of memorable moments - from sack races and sumo suits to cheering teammates on throughout the day.

It was a pleasure to be there once again capturing the fun, the teamwork and everything in between!

A little behind-the-scenes fact that many people don't know... 📮

Before many Guernsey Post stamps are printed, the original artwork is professionally scanned - and that's where Fitzgeralds comes in.

We have the privilege of digitising many of the original artworks that Guernsey Post then uses to produce their beautiful stamp collections. It's always fascinating to see the journey from an original piece of artwork to a finished stamp.

These latest stamps, beautifully designed by Chloe Sarre, celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Letter Box Study Group and feature some of Guernsey's historic post boxes. We absolutely love this collection and the way it celebrates such an important part of our island's postal heritage.

It's always a pleasure to play a small part in preserving and sharing Guernsey's history through projects like these. 📬🤍

Happy one month anniversary to the lovely Phil and Tina and congratulations on your beautiful wedding day🤍

Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, they chose a relaxed and intimate celebration. We were delighted to be part of their special day, with our wonderful Lizzy conducting the ceremony and Fitzgerald team capturing some of the most important moments afterwards, including couple portraits, family photographs and memories from the ceremony itself.

Not every wedding needs full-day coverage, which is why we're so excited to offer our Boutique Wedding Package ✨
