In this position you will work as part of the leadership team within the garage, focusing on day to day running, customer care and support role to our technicians.
This role will begin by opening the business each morning receiving daily customers vehicles and commencing the workshop organisation for the day. At staggered start times you will then be joined by 3 other leadership team members who will complete the daily leadership and front of house team. The ideal candidate will have a technicianโs qualification, and or, hands on experience within the automotive mechanical or body shop environment. As a team of 4, the leadership team cover and assist the various technicians usually focusing on one technician/ area of the business each, and supporting all aspects from customer contact to estimating, prepping parts and booking in. Ideally this will include some hands on to cover that technician annual leave, however this may be negotiated depending on experience and additional training can be provided. Leadership team members also then, provide support and cover for each other when required. This means that this role would suit someone who enjoys or would like to experience multiple different business aspects of a busy family business.
Salary example is very difficult to pin down for this role, we are expecting, for a motor trade experienced individual basic salary starting from ยฃ53,000 pa upwards dependent on experience and background. For the right individual once experienced within the daily running of La Villette Garage there will be an option of a profit share bonus.

This is ideally full time, but we would consider candidates looking for less hours. Ideally candidates will:
โข Have experience in the motor trade, vehicle maintenance/repair.

โข Enjoy the flexibility and fast paced dynamics of working in a small family business team, interacting with customers and providing and excellent standard of customer service. Further training opportunities and rotational roles within the business are also available. (pay will reflect additional roles).
