- Educate and Inform on a wide range of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) issues through public relations campaigns, events, leaflets, posters, and other media; and through engagement and outreach initiatives.

✨ Submit your entry to the Channel Islands LGBTQ+ Writing Competition 2026 this Pride month! ✨

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

❤️‍🔥 Free to enter & you do not have to be LGBTQ+ to participate

🧡 ONE entry per person

💛 Entrants MUST be Channel Islanders (i.e. born in, currently live in, or have lived in Alderney, Brecqhou, Guernsey, Herm, Jersey, Jethou, and/or Sark)

💚 Entries must be up to 1,000 words with an LGBTQ+ theme

💙 Entries must maintain full confidentiality

💜 Entries should contain a title, but not your name or pen name on the document

🤎 Entries must be submitted into an age category: 'Under 18s' or '18 and Over.' One winner will be selected from each category

🖤 Each category winner will receive a prize of an £100 voucher

💖 The closing date is Tuesday 30 June 2026. Winners will be announced on in at an awards ceremony, date TBC
